You can make em out of soft flannel or cozy cotton with funky patterns on em wich makes you moon so much more fun. Mine have stars and moons all over em! Not only are they more comfortable then yucky plastic pads, but you chuck em in the washing machine instead of the landfill! Never be ashamed of your blood, it is your womanly connection to the moon and tides and a sign of good health.
